The main component of alkaline liquid is sodium hydroxide solution, commonly known as caustic water. The aluminum coating is chemically reacted and the corresponding aluminum coating of the aluminum coating film is washed off through an aluminum washing tank device.

The traditional aluminum washing method is very convenient to remove the aluminum film, but it releases hydrogen gas during operation, which cannot be close to the flame when operating in a ventilated area and poses certain risks. And because of this traditional local aluminum plating process, usually after printing and aluminum plating, a layer of protective agent is applied to the area where the aluminum plating needs to be retained, and then cleaned with alkaline water. Due to the inability of protective agents to overprint, the yield is not high. During cleaning, the packaging film constantly moves in the sink, and under the action of clean water in the sink and the cleaning roller, the aluminum coating on the hydrophilic ink is washed away. This cleaning method overcomes the shortcomings of existing alkaline aluminum washing devices that use chemical reactions, such as instability, long time consumption, high energy consumption, and environmental pollution.
