When the oxygen concentration is less than 0.5%, the vast majority of bacteria will be suppressed and continue to reproduce, but under vacuum conditions, anaerobic bacteria cannot be suppressed, as well as food degradation and oxidation caused by enzyme reactions. Therefore, it needs to be allocated in conjunction with other auxiliary methods. For example, methods such as refrigeration, rapid freezing, dehydration, high-temperature sterilization, microwave sterilization, salt pickling, etc. By mastering these methods, one can correctly use vacuum packaging bags.
