3. Unable to stick production date

The new regulations require that food be labeled with the date of production, which is the date when the product produced by the producer has undergone factory inspection; The production date should indicate the specific location of the packaging, and abstract "visible packaging" should not be used.

For example, some companies produce products that are sealed, sterilized, and cooled on May 1, 2005, but require 5 days for inspection, but print the production date as May 10, 2005. After all, it has been on sale in retail stores since May 8th. This situation is a false production date, and the enterprise should be punished. 4. Genetically modified foods must be noted

The new regulations require that food included in the "Management Measures for Agricultural Genetically Modified Organisms Labeling" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture must be labeled as "genetically modified food".

For example, common genetically modified foods mainly include soybean flour, soybean oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil, rapeseed meal, fresh tomatoes, and tomato sauce.

The oil produced from genetically modified soybeans should also be labeled with the words "genetically modified soybean oil".
