　　1. Find a strong vacuum bag supplier and ask the supplier to provide material reports and ingredients to achieve qualified quality.

　　  2. The vacuum bag manufacturer should clearly stipulate that the supplier shall not use any recycled materials, otherwise trachoma will appear on the film surface, resulting in chronic air leakage.

　　  3. Manufacturers should also consider their own vacuuming equipment. Now the sealing edge of the vacuuming machine is 10CM wide. Some manufacturers still have old equipment, and the sealing is 5CM.

　　4. Adjust the heat sealing time when sealing, generally 1-3 seconds, cooling time, generally 5 seconds, and the vacuum time should be determined according to the actual product and the size of the vacuum bag. Vacuum switch machine 5-15 seconds. The seal must be flat and not wrinkled. The machine temperature should be constant.
