and the special ones can increase with 100 to 200um for the same heat -sealed
material. The strength is generally required to reach 40-50N/CM3, and the
thickness of the heat sealed material should be above 60um or even 801um. If the
thickness does not reach this range, it may lead to insufficient thermal
pressure resistance.
In addition, the raw material is moisture, which will also cause the heat
-blocking resistance to deterioration.
Second, thermal seal process
Insufficient refrigeration, not enough fixed -shaped, can not remove
thermal stress, which will cause the heat -sealed compressiveness to
deteriorate. At this time, it should be checked immediately to improve the
cooling circulating water circulation. The spacing in the middle of the thermal
seal and cooling knife is too long, which will also affect the heat -sealed
pressure resistance effect.
For the composite membrane, pay attention to the peeling strength between
the membrane and the membrane. Generally, the higher the peeling strength, the
stronger the thermal pressure resistance capacity. Products with low separation
interstitials often occur at the composite membrane at the weld seam, resulting
in a greatly reduced thermal seal strength of the weld. As a result, if the
intensity of the composite membrane layer is high, the seam will not be peeled
at the seam, and the actual heat sealing strength will be much greater.
3. Printing ink
If the high temperature resistance of printing ink is poor, or the
preservatives in the ink are not suitable, at the high temperature of the
production of aluminum foil bags, the packaging printing layer will generate a
declining layer, and the heating pressure resistance is reduced. At the same
time, the choice of adhesive in the composite aluminum foil packaging is also
important. The viscosity and ratio of adhesives are unreasonable, which will
cause the aluminum foil packaging bag to be hot and compressive. It is
recommended that when printing aluminum foil packaging bags, you can choose a
high -temperature ink, and it is best to use a two -liquid printing ink.
Fourth, the number of printing times
The more the aluminum foil bags are sealed, the higher the heat sealed
intensity. The thermal seal is divided into vertical heat and horizontal thermal
seal. The number of vertical heat seals depends on the effective length of the
longitudinal welding rod to the length of the bag. The number of horizontal heat
seals is determined by the number of groups of the horizontal thermal seal
device. To achieve a good thermal sealing effect, the number of heat seals is
required to reach at least two times
