Gravure printing requires that the registration error of each color picture should not exceed 0.3mm

The printing plate of gravure printing has strong printing resistance and is suitable for flexible printing of long form live parts. The main use of flexible relief and fast drying relief ink is flexographic printing. Its equipment is simple, the cost is low, the plate quality is light, the pressure during printing is low, and the plate and mechanical losses are small.
Low noise and fast printing speed. The flexible version has short plate changing time, high work efficiency, and is soft, elastic, and has good ink transfer performance. The printing materials are widely applicable, and the cost of printing small batch products is lower than that of gravure printing. However, flexographic printing requires higher ink and plate materials, resulting in slightly inferior printing quality compared to gravure printing.
