The quality problem
In contrast to the fixed concentration of the specific gas filled in the nut packaging, the finished packaging changes the concentration of various gases in the later storage process, especially the oxygen concentration increases.
Cause analysis,
(1) Packaging materials
Poor barrier - packaging materials to oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, air and other gases through the high (i.e. low barrier), resulting in the amount of oxygen into the packaging (or air) and the amount of nitrogen loss inside the packaging are high.
Poor resistance to kneading - for aluminum (aluminum foil or aluminized film) packaging composite film, if the resistance to kneading is poor, when the external force of the kneading or extrusion, easy to form creases, pinholes and other problems, causing nut products used by the packaging material barrier reduced.
Resistance to puncture is poor - some nut products with more sharp shell, will produce a certain piercing force on the packaging bag, if the resistance to puncture is poor, it is easy to leak.
(2) Finished product packaging production process
Poor sealing - nut products finished packaging bag body or heat sealing parts are easy to leak in a certain pressure or long time storage, especially the sealing quality of the heat sealing parts is poor, such as heat sealing strength is too low or too high, hot air strength is not uniform, it is more prone to leak phenomenon.
Special packaging suggestions
-- Pay attention to the monitoring of oxygen transmittance, nitrogen transmittance, air transmittance, oxygen transmittance after rubbing, sealing performance (negative pressure method), heat sealing strength, puncture resistance and other performance of packaging materials.
-- Adjust the parameters of the heat sealing machine to improve the sealing performance of the heat sealing part; Select packaging materials with high barrier, good resistance to rubbing and strong resistance to puncture or improve the quality of existing packaging materials.
