Introduce common sealing methods for food packaging bags

The three sided sealing bag has two side seams and one top edge seam, and its bottom edge is composed of horizontally folded film. This type of bag can be folded or not, and when folded, they can stand upright on a shelf. One type of deformation of a three sided sealing bag is to use adhesive bonding to complete the bottom edge that was originally folded, essentially turning it into a four sided sealing bag.

Back sealed bags, also known as pillow shaped bags, have back, top, and bottom seams, giving them the shape of a pillow. Many small food bags are often packaged in pillow shaped bags. The back seam of the pillow shaped bag forms a fish fin shaped sealing bag, in which the inner layers of the film are placed together to seal, and the seam protrudes from behind the sealed bag.

Another form of sealing is stacked sealing, where the inner layer on one side is bonded to the outer layer on the other side to form a flat seal. Because the "fish fin" shaped seal is relatively robust and only requires the inner layer of the packaging material to be heat sealed, it is widely used. However, the "stack" shaped seal is relatively less robust and requires both the inner and outer layers of the bag to be heat sealed, so it is not widely used.

Folded edge bags, also known as folding top bags or organ bags, are a deformation of the back sealing bag, where the two ends of the bag are folded in to form an M-shape. If the M-shaped bag is asymmetrical, it is also known as a trapezoidal folded edge bag. A four sided sealing bag is usually made by sealing the top, sides, and bottom edges of two types of materials. Compared with the previously mentioned bags, it is possible to use two different types of plastic resin materials. If they can be bonded to each other, a four sided sealing bag with front bonding can be made. Four sided sealing bags can be made into various shapes, such as hearts or ellipses.
