Sterile packaging bags are composite soft packaging bags with filling ports. They are placed in cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, or steel drums to form a composite packaging container. Therefore, it is also called a bag in a box or a bag in a barrel. Aseptic packaging bags are one of the main containers for aseptic packaging of liquid food.
The production process of liquid aseptic packaging materials is as follows: first, images and texts are flexographic printed (or gravure printed) on the aseptic packaging paper, and then the patterned paper is compounded into 7 layers of aseptic packaging materials through a laminating machine. Then, the materials are cut into corresponding specifications and sizes, and packaged with wrapping film. The products are then sent to customers and canned into finished products on the liquid filling machine.
