2. Defoamer. Generally, an appropriate amount of defoamer is added to the ink before printing to prevent the ink from forming foam. When necessary, an appropriate amount of defoamer can also be added during printing. The dosage of defoamer should not exceed 0.5% to 1% of the total ink amount each time.
3. Quick drying and slow drying agents. Fast drying and slow drying agents can be added to the ink according to the actual printing speed of the printing machine, and the drying speed of water-based ink can be appropriately changed to achieve satisfactory printing results. Its dosage is 1% -2% of the total ink amount.
4. Dilution agent. Adding a diluent can reduce the color concentration of a certain ink while maintaining pH and viscosity. The dosage should depend on the specific situation.
5. Diluent. Adding a diluent to ink can reduce the viscosity of thickened water-based ink without affecting its pH value. Its dosage must not exceed 5% of the total ink amount.
6. Enhancer. Enhancers can enhance the adhesion of printing ink or glossy oil to printing materials, and their dosage is generally 1% -2% of the total ink amount.
Antistatic agent. Antistatic agents can effectively prevent the accumulation of static electricity on the printing machine, and their dosage is generally 0.5% to 1% of the total ink amount.
